Wondering if anyone sees Linux PERF_COUNT_HW_CPU_CYCLES working as per the documentation on Intel E-cores. https://cr.yp.to/2026/20260624-rdpmc.c fails in various ways under, e.g., kernel 6.12.57. Works fine on P-cores.
