Would be interested in hearing perspectives from more crypto engineers on whether the current Kyber patent status looks clear enough to proceed with deployment. Is it clear that the Ding and CNRS patents are dealt with? Is it ok that NIST hasn't commented on, e.g., CN107566121A?
